Position Overview
We seek experienced U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captains with strong safety records and professional guest interaction skills. About the Role
We are seeking a Cruise Guest Experience & Ticketing Coordinator to support ticket sales, guest services, and on-site marketing efforts. This position plays a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience while promoting and selling our cruise offerings.
This is more than a traditional seasonal position. Team members will gain hands- on exposure to sales, customer engagement, and real-time tourism operations in one of the busiest waterfront environments in the region.
